Everything you need to get started with TCG Vault and Collector Exchange.
The Sets page shows every TCG set we support — Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Gundam, and Sorcery. Tap any TCG tile to see all available sets, then tap a set to view its complete card list with real-time Australian market prices.
Each set page shows every card with its current market price. You can search, sort by price or card number, and filter by Owned/Missing. Tap the checkbox on any card to mark it as owned — this works instantly, even without an account.
There are two ways to add cards:
Set page checkboxes — browse to any set and tap the checkbox on cards you own. Quick and visual.
Collection Builder — on the My Collection page, use the search bar to find any card, sealed product, or set across all TCGs. Select your container and add items.
Organise your collection with custom containers. The default container is "My Collection", but you can create custom ones like "For Trade", "Grading Queue", or "Wishlist". Move cards between containers using the arrow button on each card tile.
When you're logged in, your collection is stored securely in the cloud and syncs automatically across all your devices. Cards added on your PC appear on your phone instantly — no manual action needed.
Your cloud data is the source of truth. If you clear your browser or switch devices, everything rebuilds automatically on your next visit.
You can try out collection tracking without an account — set page checkboxes work immediately. However, guest data is saved locally in your browser only and is limited to 10 cards. Create a free account to unlock unlimited cards, cross-device sync, and portfolio tracking.
For items not in our database (special editions, promos, bundles), use the + Add Manual Item button. You can set a custom name, value, quantity, and even upload a photo.
The Portfolio page shows all your sets with completion progress and estimated market value in AUD. Sets are sorted by value so you can see your most valuable holdings at a glance.
Share your collection with other collectors! On the Portfolio page:
Tap Make Public to create your profile page
Choose which containers are visible (e.g. show "My Collection" but hide "Wishlist")
Share your unique URL with other collectors
Social selling lets buyers inquire about items in your public collection and negotiate deals privately — no listing required.
Enable it — go to Portfolio → toggle "Social Selling" on (Collector+ required)
Buyers inquire — visitors to your profile can tap "Inquire" on any item
Accept & chat — review inquiries on your Profile → Inquiries tab. Accept to start chatting.
Make a deal — as the seller, propose a price. The buyer accepts and pays through the standard Exchange checkout.
You'll receive email and in-app notifications for new inquiries, messages, and deal proposals. Manage your notification preferences in Profile → Push Notification Preferences → 🤝 Social Selling.
Browse listings, place bids on auctions, or purchase Buy-It-Now items. Add items to your watchlist to get notified before they end. All transactions are in AUD.
To sell on the Exchange, you'll need to apply as a seller (Profile → Apply to Sell). Once approved, you can create auction or BIN listings with photos, condition grading, and shipping options.
Collector+ unlocks TCG Signals (investment analytics), Brick Signals (LEGO analytics), social selling, priority support, and access to the private Discord community. Plans start from A$9.95/month.
Make sure you're signed in on both devices. Your collection syncs automatically from the cloud every time you open My Collection or Portfolio. Simply reload the page on both devices and they'll match. If you recently created your account, any cards you checked off before signing up will be pushed to the cloud on your first visit.
This was a known issue that has been resolved. Your collection now syncs from the cloud database, which prevents duplicates. If you still see duplicates, clear your browser's site data for collectorexchange.com.au and reload — the cloud will rebuild your collection cleanly.
Go to Portfolio → tap Make Public. Choose which containers to show, then share your unique URL. Others can browse your collection and (if you enable social selling) inquire about items.
The seller needs to be a Collector+ member with social selling enabled. If you don't see Inquire buttons, the seller hasn't turned on this feature yet.
We currently support Pokémon (English & Japanese), Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, Gundam, and Sorcery: Contested Realm. More coming soon!
All prices across TCG Vault and Collector Exchange are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Visit the Stripe customer portal by going to Collector Exchange Hub → Account → Manage Subscription. You can cancel, change plans, or update payment details there.
Go to your Profile page and look for the "Apply to Sell" section. You'll need a PayPal email address for receiving payments. Once approved by an admin, you can start creating listings.
